Finding your energy is easier than it sounds. We often overthink because we aren't typically taught this knowledge in schools.

One thing that I like to emphasize for beginners is to locate their chakras and then begin to flow your energy through them. This will feel comfortable and natural for you. Our chakras are as important as our organs.

The Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is the place to discover first, in my opinion. You will find any self-limiting beliefs there. These beliefs may appear as random entities, and they could be alarming at first. You must look deeply into them to understand what they are and where they come from. We create everything in this universe with our very complex minds and abilities. We are limitless. However, it's important to note that you also create entities from the emotions you feel.

The Impact of Your Energy

You even have an effect on how the NPCs (non-player characters) in your surroundings behave. This is why it is crucial to control your thoughts and your mind. There are many reasons why it is important to control your thoughts, but this is one of the first. The NPCs feed off of the experiences around them, and you need them to have the 3D experience; that's why they even exist.

Exploring the Third Eye Chakra

After you connect with your Crown Chakra, you may want to dive into your Third Eye Chakra. Here, you can begin to remote view and see things while holding your energy close to your aura.
